Maple and Bass online purchases are shipped to destinations within Canada, to the USA and to International destinations as available on our store.
Maple and Bass does not ship to Freight Forwarding Services.
Shipping Information - Canada
When we ship your order we include a sales receipt that shows your online order number.
Online orders by default are shipped by Canada Post expedited mail which usually takes about 5-7 business days within Canada.
You may select a faster service but at a higher cost. Canada Post express mail takes about 3-5 days and Courier takes about 3-7 days. We can not ship by Courier to a box number.

TO OUR VALUED US CUSTOMERS:
WE ARE EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE THAT WE HAVE FOUND A SOLUTION TO THE CHALLENGES OF SHIPPING INTO THE US. STANDARD SHIPPING IS CAD $25.00 PER ORDER REGARDLESS OF ORDER SIZE. YOU MAY SPECIFY USPS, UPS OR FEDEX. WE WILL BE SHIPPING US-BOUND ORDERS ONCE A WEEK (GENERALLY FRIDAYS). ORDERS WILL BE SENT TO A BROKER AND CLEARED THROUGH CUSTOMS BEFORE BEING ENTRUSTED TO USPS, UPS OR FEDEX AS A DOMESTIC SHIPMENT. THERE IS NO CHANCE OF ANY ADDITIONAL COSTS TO YOU WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE SHIPMENT. TRACKING WILL BE PROVIDED WHEN YOUR ORDER SHIPS.
THE ABOVE APPLIES TO ORDERS FOR ITEMS THAT ORIGINATE IN CANADA OR THE US. ITEMS THAT ORIGINATE OUTSIDE OF CANDA/US MAY BE SUBJECT TO FURTHER COSTS AS TARIFFS CHANGE. Shipping Information - International
When we ship your order we include a sales receipt that shows your online order number.
You should also be aware that custom duties, tariffs and local taxes as well as brokerage fees may apply to your shipment when it arrives in your country. You are responsible for these extra charges. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Return Policy - Satisfaction Guaranty
All items purchased from us are covered by a "30 day money back if not satisfied" guaranty. Should you be dissatisfied with any of our products for any reason, simply return it either in person or by prepaid regular mail (with proof of delivery, please), and we will immediately provide a full refund for the product(s).
