Maple and Bass online purchases are only shipped to destinations within Canada and the USA.
Maple and Bass does not ship to Freight Forwarding Services.
Shipping Information - Canada
When we ship your order we include a sales receipt that shows your online order number.
Online orders by default are shipped by Canada Post expedited mail which takes about 7-10 days within Canada.
You may select a faster service but at a higher cost. Canada Post express mail takes about 3-5 days and UPS takes about 5-7 days, we can not ship by UPS to a box number.

You may select a faster service but at a higher cost. Canada Post express mail (delivered by United States Postal Service) and takes about 5-7 days and UPS takes about 7-10 days, we can not ship by UPS to a box number.
Note: UPS shipments to the US may be subject to additional brokerage fees at UPS's discretion. These fees may exceed $30.00.
You should also be aware that custom duties, tariffs and local taxes as well as brokerage fees may apply to your shipment when it arrives in your country. You are responsible for these extra charges. If you want your order shipped by another method, please contact us for pricing.

All items purchased from us are covered by a "30 day money back if not satisfied" guaranty. Should you be dissatisfied with any of our products for any reason, simply return it either in person or by regular mail (with proof of delivery, please), and we will immediately provide a full refund. A brief note or explanation of the reason for the return would be appreciated.
